Ratify all actions identified in the attached minutes taken by the Columbus City Council during meetings held on April 6, April 20, May 4, May 18, June 1, and June 15, all in 2020, by telephone conferencing pursuant to Governor Rickett's Executive Orders No. 20-03 and 20-24 (attached to this agenda).

15. RESOLUTIONS

15.A. Resolution No. R20-66 approving agreement with Williams, Spurgeon, Kuhl, and Freshnock in an amount not to exceed $23,450 for design phase services for addition to Charlie Louis Fire Station.

15.B. Resolution No. R20-67 approving agreement with Landscapes Unlimited in an amount not to exceed $311,940.95 for irrigation repairs as part of the Quail Run Golf Course flood damage repairs.

15.C. Resolution No. R20-68 amending Resolution No. R19-166 (Schedule of Fees) by adding fees to occupy the right-of-way and allow for small wireless facilities in the right-of-way.

15.D. Resolution No. R20-69 approving agreement with Platte County, Nebraska, to provide library services from July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2023, for citizens of Platte County who reside outside city limits.
