13.C. Change Order No. 1 with The Verdin Company in the amount of $25,960 for additional A-stands and yokes for Pawnee Park Bell Tower Renovation Project.

14.A. Resolution No. R18-117 approving agreement with Columbus Area Chamber of Commerce in the amount of $30,000 over a three year period for the continuation of Sports and Activities Council.

14.B. Resolution No. R18-118 awarding contract to Central Insulation & Roofing, Inc. in the amount of $117,837 for Library and Airport Administration Building Reroofing Projects 2018.

15.A. Ordinance No. 18-42 amending Section 71.014 of Chapter 71 of Title VII of Ordinance No. 05-47 (Columbus City Code) regarding approval process for use of all-terrain and utility vehicles on golf courses.

15.B. Ordinance No. 18-43 repealing Ordinance No. 545 and Ordinance No. 3152 and also repealing Sections 32.100 through 32.103 of Chapter 32 of Title III of Ordinance No. 05-47 (Columbus City Code) disbanding the Cemetery Board.

15.C. Ordinance No. 18-44 amending Section 93.02 and 93.03 of Chapter 93 of Title IX of Ordinance No. 05-47 (Columbus City Code) by eliminating permit requirements for alarm systems that are monitored off-site.

17.A. Ordinance No. 18-25 approving annexation of property along and north of Lost Creek Parkway at 33 Avenue including Country Club Shores 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th Subdivisions, North 33rd Avenue Business Plaza Subdivision, and Jim Hellbusch First Subdivision.

17.B. Ordinance No. 18-28 amending Sections 130.053 and 130.054 of Chapter 130 of Title XIII of Ordinance No. 05-47 (Columbus City Code) requiring additional signage at fireworks sales locations and changing the times for when fireworks can be discharged.

17.C. Ordinance No. 18-29 amending Chapter 51 of Title V of Ordinance No. 05-47 (Columbus City Code) adding sections relating to grease (fats, oil, and grease) management regulations within Sanitary Sewer System.

17.D. Ordinance No. 18-30 amending Chapter 51 of Title V of Ordinance No. 05-47 (Columbus City Code) creating a Stormwater Utility.

17.E. Ordinance No. 18-31 amending Sections 53.01 through 53.24 of Chapter 53 of Title V of Ordinance No. 05-47 (Columbus City Code) regarding Stormwater Pollution, by adding definitions, amending provisions relating to conflicts, hold harmless, discharge and illegal discharge, stream bank protection, and notice requirements.

17.F. Ordinance No. 18-32 amending Sections 54.01 through 54.16 of Chapter 54 of Title V of Ordinance No. 05-47 (Columbus City Code) regarding construction and post-construction stormwater management, by adding definitions, changing provisions concerning construction storm water pollution prevention plan, post-construction requirements, violation requirements, appeal notice and enforcement, abatement of violation, penalties, and injunctive relief.
