Emergency Ordinance No. 20-25 amending  Chapter 92 of Title IX of Ordinance No. 05-47 (Columbus City Code) to add Sections 92.50 through 92.61, entitled "Prevention of COVID-19"; providing legislative findings and intent; requiring individuals to wear facial coverings and exceptions thereof; providing for enforcement of violations and penalties; establishing a sunset provision; and providing for the effective date.
