Public hearing - Application of Granville Custom Homes, Inc. to rezone property on a tract of land located on the east side of E 14 Avenue and north of Armory Drive from "RR" (Rural Residential District) to "R-2" (Two-Family Residential District).  (Continued from April 19, 2021, meeting.)  (Planning Commission recommends approval.)
