7.A.1. Resolution No. R21-71 approving final plat and development agreement.

7.B. Public hearing - Application of M&M Hanson Properties, LLC to rezone property in the vicinity of Minden Drive and E 20 Avenue from "R-1" (Single-Family Residential District) to "R-2" (Two-Family Residential District) and "R-3" (Multiple-Family Residential District) and amend the Future Land Use Map of the Comprehensive Plan to the extent it is inconsistent with the requested zoning changes.  (Planning Commission recommends approval.)
