4. CONSENT AGENDA - The following items are considered to be routine by the city council and will be enacted by one motion. 14. RESOLUTIONS

14.A. Resolution No. R19-164 creating Columbus Children's Museum Advisory Board and approving the mayors appointments of Nicole Behle, Timothy Kacena, Carrie Kearney, Sarah Lindberg, Stephanie Miller, Sarah Pillen, and Erin Schmidt to serve on the Columbus Children's Museum Advisory Board.

14.B. Resolution No. R19-165 approving Supplemental Agreement No. 1 with Wilson & Company, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $79,680.12 for streetscaping design and bidding phase services for U.S. Highway 30 Corridor Utility Replacement and Rehabilitation & Streetscaping Master Plan Project.

15. ORDINANCES ON FIRST READING

15.A. Ordinance No. 19-43 vacating the west 22 feet of 24 Avenue lying adjacent to Lot 8, Block 83, Original City of Columbus, Platte County, Nebraska, from the north right-of-way line of 12 Street to the south right-of-way line of the alley between 12 Street and 13 Street.

15.B. Ordinance No. 19-44 amending Ordinance No. 19-31 that established the Pay Plan for all classifications within the city by restructuring the water production, water utility, and wastewater treatment departments, job titles, and classifications.

16. ORDINANCES ON SECOND READING

16.A. Ordinance No. 19-36 approving amendments to the Land Development Ordinance allowing maximum building and impervious coverage to be increased in an R-2 Zoning District with approval of a Special Use Permit.

16.B. Ordinance No. 19-42 amending Chapter 150 of Title XV of Ordinance No. 05-47 (Columbus City Code) adopting amendments to the 2012 International Residential Code.  (Planning Commission recommends approval.)

17.A. Ordinance No. 19-35 creating a Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) District to enable property assessed clean energy financing for property owners. 

17.A.1. Resolution No. R19-166 amending Resolution No. R19-134 (Schedule of Fees) by adding fees for the Columbus Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) Program.
