2. Application of Cherry Creek Plaza LLC for grant in the amount of $15,000 for removal and replacement of approximately 500 sq. ft. of damaged EIFS (stucco) and repair existing EIFS at 118 23rd Street in conjunction with the 23rd Street Beautification project.

3. Application of Terry Norris, Mountain Plains Financial, for grant in the amount of $15,000 for window replacement, signage upgrades, and landscaping improvements at 2360 Pershing Road in conjunction with the 23rd Street Beautification project.

4. Application of Rensenhouse Industrial Solutions for grant in the amount of $4,396.71 for removal and replacement of signage at 1600 23rd Street in conjunction with the 23rd Street Beautification project.
