2. Resolution No. R24-27 authorizing issuance of Tax Increment Revenue Bond in the amount of $2,525,000 for RBack Enterprises, LLC.

3. Resolution No. R24-28 approving redevelopment project submitted by Terry Norris in conjunction with 23rd Street Corridor Area Redevelopment Plan, awarding a revocable grant in the amount of $9,452.86 for the redevelopment project, and entering into a redevelopment contract for the same.
