Description:
The Board may proceed into executive session pursuant to C.R.S. §24-6-402(4)(b) for the purpose of receiving specific legal advice from the District’s legal counsel as to board member responsibilities and compliance with district policies and the Colorado Open Meetings Act, C.R.S.§24-6-401 and the Colorado Open Records Act, C.R.S.§24-72-201, as well as the Board’s authority and limitations in the adoption and revision of policies under Colorado law. |
