3.1. Conduct a hearing to discuss the 2017-2018 budget
Recommended Motion(s):  Motion to open a hearing to discuss the budget for the 2017-2018 school year. Motion to close the budget hearing. Passed with a motion by Board Member #1 and a second by Board Member #2.
3.2. Conduct a hearing to discuss the 2017-2018 tax request.
Recommended Motion(s):  Motion to open a hearing to discuss the tax request for the 2017-2018 school year. Motion to close the tax hearing. Passed with a motion by Board Member #1 and a second by Board Member #2.
3.3. Consider adopting the 2017-2018 budget.
Recommended Motion(s):  Motion to approve the 2017-2018 school budget as presented. Passed with a motion by Board Member #1 and a second by Board Member #2.
3.4. Consider establishing the 2017-2018 property tax request.
Recommended Motion(s):  Motion to approve the tax request for the 2017-2018 school year at: 63.4 cents -General Fund 1.7 cents - Bond Fund 2.8 cents - Special Building Fund 2.3 cents - Qualified Capital Purpose Undertaking Fund 70.2 cent Total Levy Passed with a motion by Board Member #1 and a second by Board Member #2.
3.5. Consider accepting a bid for the sale of the portable classrooms.
3.6. Discuss, consider, and take all necessary action with regard to the Purchase Agreement for the sale of the property which formerly housed the middle school in Pilger, legally described as follows: All of Block Seven (7) in Pioneer Town Site Company's First Addition to the Town of Pilger, Stanton County, Nebraska; may also be known as all of Block Seven (7), Original Town of Pilger, Stanton County, Nebraska. The buyer under the Purchase Agreement is the Pilger Community Development Fund.
Recommended Motion(s):  Motion to approve a purchase agreement in the amount of $18,000 for the purchase of the land, Block 7, in Pilger. Passed with a motion by Board Member #1 and a second by Board Member #2.
3.7. Discuss and consider a Louis and Abby Faye Dinklage Foundation request.
Recommended Motion(s):  Motion to approve a LAAFD request from Pilger Community Development in the amount of $45,000. Passed with a motion by Board Member #1 and a second by Board Member #2.
