3.1. Consider accepting a bid for the former Wisner-Pilger Preschool modular building.
Recommended Motion(s):  Motion to accept a bid from Dave Brown in the amount of $36,001 for the former Wisner-Pilger Preschool Modular. Passed with a motion by Board Member #1 and a second by Board Member #2.
3.2. Recognize the Wisner-Pilger Education Association as the exclusive bargaining agent for certified teachers for the 2019-2020 contract year.
Recommended Motion(s):  Motion to recognize the Wisner-Pilger Education Association as the bargaining agent for certified teachers for the 2019-2020 contract year. Passed with a motion by Board Member #1 and a second by Board Member #2.
3.3. Discuss and consider for approval an NSAA declaration of participation in 8 man football for the 2018-2019 & 2019-2020 seasons.
Recommended Motion(s):  Motion to approve the NSAA declaration of participation in 8 man football for the 2018-2019 and 2019-2020 football seasons. Passed with a motion by Board Member #1 and a second by Board Member #2.
