3.1. Consider letters of resignation.
Recommended Motion(s):  Motion to approve a letters of resignation from Chris Uttecht, Mindy DeVault, and Tiffani Ott. Passed with a motion by Board Member #1 and a second by Board Member #2.
3.2. Discuss and consider a recommendation to hire for the 7-12 Principal position.
Recommended Motion(s):  Motion to approve the hiring of Aric Butterfield as the 7-12 Jr/Sr High School Principal. Passed with a motion by Board Member #1 and a second by Board Member #2.
3.3. Discuss and consider for approval a recommendation from Building and Grounds Committee to accept an estimate from Surface Sealers to refinish the Boy's Jr High and Senior High lockers room floors.
Recommended Motion(s):  Motion to approve an estimate from Surface Sealers in the amount of $28,472 to refinish the Jr and Sr High Boy's locker room floors. Passed with a motion by Board Member #1 and a second by Board Member #2.
3.4. Discuss and consider consider for approval a recommendation from Building and Grounds Committee to purchase 5 bus camera systems from Cornhusker International and REI.
Recommended Motion(s):  Motion to approve the purchase five bus camera systems for a total of $9,200 from Cornhusker International and REI. Passed with a motion by Board Member #1 and a second by Board Member #2.
3.5. Discuss and consider for approval a Building and Grounds recommendation to purchase replacement stage lighting in the fine arts auditorium from Omaha Stage Equipment.
Recommended Motion(s):  Motion to approve the purchase of new stage lights in the fine arts auditorium from Omaha Stage Equipment in the amount of $66,571.32. Passed with a motion by Board Member #1 and a second by Board Member #2.
3.6. Consider a L.A.A.F.D. grant requests.
Recommended Motion(s):  Motion to approve the L.A.A.F.D. grant request in the amount of $30,000 to offset the cost of stage lighting in the Fine Arts Auditorium. Passed with a motion by Board Member #1 and a second by Board Member #2.
3.7. Discuss and consider for approval a recommendation from the Building and Grounds Committee to replace a roof top HVAC unit for the north gym from Stan Ortmeier & Co.
Recommended Motion(s):  Motion to approve the purchase of a replacement of a roof top unit in the north gym from Stan Ortmeier and Co. in the amount of $195,000. Passed with a motion by Board Member #1 and a second by Board Member #2.
3.8. Consider hiring a school district auditor.
Recommended Motion(s):  Motion to approve a one year proposal from Morrow, Davies, & Toelle in the amount of $6,950 to serve as the auditor for Wisner-Pilger Schools for the audit year 2017-2018. Passed with a motion by Board Member #1 and a second by Board Member #2.
3.9. Discuss and consider a rental agreement to secure land for the FFA Test Plot.
Recommended Motion(s):  Motion to approve a one year agreement with Greta Roth to rent 5.6 acres in the amount of $1260 for the purposes of a test plot to be used by the Wisner-Pilger FFA Chapter. Passed with a motion by Board Member #1 and a second by Board Member #2.
3.10. Discuss and consider a cooperative agreement with Pender, Bancroft-Rosalie, and Lyons-Decatur Northeast for softball.
