4.2. Conduct a hearing to discuss the 2018-2019 tax request.
Recommended Motion(s):  Motion to open a hearing to discuss the tax request for the 2018-2019 school year. Motion to close the tax hearing. Passed with a motion by Board Member #1 and a second by Board Member #2.
4.3. Consider adopting the 2018-2019 budget.
Recommended Motion(s):  Motion to approve the 2018-2019 school budget as presented. Passed with a motion by Board Member #1 and a second by Board Member #2.
4.4. Consider establishing the 2018-2019 property tax request.
Recommended Motion(s):  Motion to approve the tax request for the 2018-2019 school year at: 62.2 cents -General Fund 1.65 cents - Bond Fund 2.75 cents - Special Building Fund 2.24 cents - Qualified Capital Purpose Undertaking Fund 68.88 cent Total Levy Passed with a motion by Board Member #1 and a second by Board Member #2.
4.5. Discuss and consider requesting a zoning change from the City of Wisner for the former elementary school property located at 801 12th Street.
Recommended Motion(s):  Motion to approve requesting a zoning change from the City of Wisner for the former elementary property located at 801 12th Street. Passed with a motion by Board Member #1 and a second by Board Member #2.
4.6. Consider approving a local substitute certificate.
Recommended Motion(s):  Motion to approve a local substitute certificate for Sagan Ruskamp. Passed with a motion by Board Member #1 and a second by Board Member #2.
4.7. Consider a letter of resignation.

4.8. Consider a recommendation to hire for vacancies.

4.9. Consider a Louis and Abby Faye Dinklage request.
4.10. Consider, discuss, and approve suspending the two reading policy and to adopt Board updated policies and bylaws in Section 3000.
Recommended Motion(s):  Motion to adopt the entire Board policies in series 3000 as presented and to repeal and rescind all existing Board policies that pertain to the same matters or that are otherwise conflicting, including without limitation existing policies. Passed with a motion by Board Member #1 and a second by Board Member #2.
4.11. Discuss and consider for approval the Guiding Principles and Strategies for the 2018-2023 Wisner-Pilger School Strategic Plan.
