3.1. Consider a letter(s) of resignation.
Recommended Motion(s):  Motion to accept the letters of resignation for Chuck Ross and Marilyn Smith. Passed with a motion by Board Member #1 and a second by Board Member #2.
3.2. Consider for approval applications for the early retirement incentive program.
Recommended Motion(s):  Motion to approve the early retirement applications from Chuck Ross. Passed with a motion by Board Member #1 and a second by Board Member #2.
3.3. Discuss and consider approving a Request For Proposals (RFP) for wireless access points and other infrastructure work relating to E-Rate Category II funds.
Recommended Motion(s):  Motion to approve a Request For Proposal for upgrading accessibility using E-Rate Category II Funds from Riverside Technologies, Inc. in the amount of $24,756.38. Passed with a motion by Board Member #1 and a second by Board Member #2.
3.4. Consider continuing a lease agreement with the City of Wisner for use of the city well located 801 18th St.
Recommended Motion(s):  Motion to approve the lease agreement in the amoutn of $1,500 a year between the City of Wisner and Wisner-Pilger Public Schools for the use of the well located at 801 18th St. Passed with a motion by Board Member #1 and a second by Board Member #2.
3.5. Consider a request for a local substitute certificates.
Recommended Motion(s):  Motion to approve a local substitute certificates for Mylissa Krupka. Passed with a motion by Board Member #1 and a second by Board Member #2.
