3.1. Discuss and consider a recommendation from the Building and Grounds Committee to approve a bid for window and exterior door replacement on The Wisner-Pilger Jr/ Sr High School.
 
Recommended Motion(s):  Motion to approve a bid from Cornerstone Commercial Contracting, Inc. in the amount of $248,500 for replacement windows and exterior doors at the Wisner-Pilger Jr/ Sr High School. Passed with a motion by Board Member #1 and a second by Board Member #2.
3.2. Consider letters of resignation.
Recommended Motion(s):  Motion to approve letters of resignation from Brooke Pospisil, Kaitlyn Merchant, and Lindsey Knutson. Passed with a motion by Board Member #1 and a second by Board Member #2.
3.3. Consider offering teaching contracts.
Recommended Motion(s):  Motion to approve offering a teaching contracts to Krista Fischer, Megan Kinnamen, Jerica Baumert, and Janelle Brester. Passed with a motion by Board Member #1 and a second by Board Member #2.
3.4. Discuss and consider participation in the Pathways To Tomorrow (P2T).
3.5. Discuss and consider the expansion of the Wisner-Pilger FFA Test Plot.
3.6. Discuss and consider the purchase of technology devices for students.
Recommended Motion(s):  Motion to purchase technology devices for students in the amount of $88,689. Passed with a motion by Board Member #1 and a second by Board Member #2.
3.7. Consider arrangements for Driver’s Education Program.
Recommended Motion(s):  Motion to approve the cost of Driver's Education at $175 for resident students and $200 for non-resident students. Passed with a motion by Board Member #1 and a second by Board Member #2.
3.8. Consider a L.A.A.F.D. grant request.
Recommended Motion(s):  Motion to approve the LAAFD request from Wisner-Pilger FFA in the amount of $26,016. Passed with a motion by Board Member #1 and a second by Board Member #2.
