3.3. Discuss and consider for approval a joint counsel agreement between Wisner-Pilger Public Schools, Citizen's State Bank, and the law firm of Perry, Guthery, Haase, and Gessford.

3.4. Consider the recommendation to hire for vacancies.

3.5. Consider revisions and adoption of Board Policies: 1120, 3130, 3131, 4030, 5001, 5012, 5101, 5103, 5104, 5305, 6211, 8151, 8153 and all forms and notifications associated with these policies.

3.6. Conduct a special hearing to review and update Board Policy 6410 - Parent and Family Engagement.

3.7. Conduct a special hearing to review Board Policy 5415 Anti-Bullying.

3.8. Review and consider for approval the student, faculty, and classified staff handbooks for the 2019-2020 school year.

3.9. Appoint a school district mechanic.

3.10. Consider appointing the Wisner-Pilger FFA Advisor as the designee for the USDA
