Board President: At this time the board should enter into closed session to discuss negotiations strategies with the candidates. Is there a motion to do so? Motion Second Discussion Vote Board President: The board has passed a motion to enter closed sessions to discuss negotiations strategies with the superintendent candidates because it is in the public's best interest to do so. The board will limit itself to that topic. Record the time. Board President: I declare the board out of closed session. Is there a motion to resume open session? Motion Second Vote Board President: The board is now in open session. The board limited itself to the topic of negotiations strategies with the superintendent candidates.
