Discuss - Approve / Deny Resolution 2016-2 where the Mayor & City Council hereby find and determine that it is necessary by State Statute Section 18-202 to 18-2004 without petition or creating a district, cause the following unpaved streets within the City be improved by concrete paving, with curb and gutter and all necessary appurtenances, to: (1) Jay Street from 2nd Street (US Highway 281) to 3rd Street, which improvement shall be known as Street Improvement Project No. 2016-1 (2) 3rd Street from Jay Street to Kendall Street, which improvement shall be known as Street Improvement Project No. 2016-2 (3) "N" Street from Sherman Street to Sheridan Street, which improvement shall be known as Street Improvement Project No. 2016-3

6. Discuss - Approve / Deny Resolution 2016-4 setting the date of February 16, 2016 (Tuesday) for hearing objections and the creation of Storm Sewer District 2016-1. This is more described as the storm sewer along 3rd Street from a 1/2 block South of "M" Street to "O" Street
