Discuss - Introduce Ordinance 959 authorizing the issuance of General Obligation Various Purpose Bonds, Series 2016 in the principal amount of Four Hundred Ninety-Five Thousand dollars ($495,000)issued for the purpose of refunding certain outstanding bonds of the City and paying the cost of Sewer and Water Improvements constructed in Sanitary Sewer Extension District #2014-1 and Water Extension District #2014-1 (Kelly Court), Sanitary Sewer Improvements in Sanitary Sewer District #2015-1 (Lagoon Cleanout) and Paving Improvements in Street Improvement District #2014-4 (Elm Street). This is to be published in pamphlet form
