This consists of 9.183 acres more or less of which 1.871 acres are new dedicated road right-of-way. Mayor Howard opened the public comment period to discuss the Final Plat of the MAD Development, LLC, Dalton Meadows Subdivision more described as a tract of land located in Tax Lot "O" in part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SW1/4, NE1/4) of Section Four (4), Township Fourteen (14) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Howard County, Nebraska.
