2. Discuss - Approve / Deny minutes of October 3, 2016 and October 17, 2016; and the November 7, 2016 disbursements

3. Christopher Maus, Boy Scout Troop 13 want to extend his personal thanks and appreciation to the City in contributing to his Eagle Scout project; a prayer labyrinth at the Presbyterian Church for all the community to utilize

4. Discuss - Approve / Deny Appointment of Housing Authority Board of Commissioners a. Commissioner Richard Nielsen has resigned from the Housing Authority Board of Commissioners. Carol Fanta accepted the appointment to the Board of Commissioners to complete Richard Nielsen's term of office until October 31, 2017. Mr. Nielsen has served since October 1992. b. The term of Commissioner Janet Edwards expires on December 31, 2016. Mrs. Edwards does not seek appointment to this position. Todd Peters has agreed to accept the appointment to the Board of Commissioners. The Housing Authority Board of Commissioners request that the City appoint Mr. Peters for a five (5) year term commencing on January 1, 2017 through December 31, 2021

5. Discuss - Approve / Deny Dalton Meadows Change Order #1 in increasing the amount to $2,222.09 in rectifying quantities and additional items for sewer saddles, corp stop, barb fitting, manhole risers & high early concrete

6. Discuss - Approve / Deny Pay Request #2 (Final) in the amount of $161,857.64 for Starostka Group Unlimited, Inc. on work completed for the Dalton Meadows project regarding the water, sanitary sewer and storm sewer

7. Discuss - Approve / Deny MAD Development, LLC "Utility Easement" to construct, operate, maintain, extend, repair, replace, and remove public utilities, including but not limited to , manholes, pipelines, surface markers, and other appurtenances. This easement is located on Lot Five (5) and Lot Six (6), Dalton Meadows Subdivision of the City of St. Paul, St. Paul NE

8. Discuss - Approve / Deny Diamond Engineering Pay Request #2 in the amount of $292,410.71 per the list provided by City Engineer Kevin Prior for Project #2014-1968 (Municipal Street Improvement 2016)

9. Discuss - Approve / Deny the pool painting contract in cancelling the awarded contract and awarding it to another contractor

10. Discuss - Approve / Deny Maintenance Agreement No. 47 and Certificate of Compliance No. 47 through the State of NE Dept. of Roads

11. The Tour de Nebraska bike riders will be in St. Paul on Wednesday, June 21, 2017 a. Discuss - Approve / Deny bikers utilizing City Park for tents and campers; and having the bathrooms facilities available

12. Discuss persons utilizing the Library parking lot for other purposes other than utilizing it for the Library. Is the City responsible for the Library parking lot? (possible action)

13. Discuss the St. Paul Public School south parking lot concerning cars and children exiting when school or activities are over. Should crosswalks be added and does the school need to provide extra staff outside after school to help monitor traffic along with the City Police Department? The safety of our children is priority!

14. Discuss - Approve / Deny St. Paul Public School placing a crosswalk guard at the "N" corner of Grand and Sheridan Street for the safety of the children. The guard would be needed from 7:45 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. and 3:20 p.m. to 3:45 p.m. Monday through Friday while school is in session

15. Discuss the recommendation by the St. Paul Development Corp. in creating a proposed Advisory Committee for the St. Paul Civic & Recreational Center to monitor the overall functions of the center (possible action)

16. Discuss eliminating the City well field cedar trees / sumac (possible action), along with discussing, approving or denying the upgrade of the City Bobcat
