4. Discuss - Approve / Deny Appointment of Housing Authority Board of Commissioners
a. Commissioner Richard Nielsen has resigned from the Housing Authority Board of Commissioners. Carol Fanta accepted the appointment to the Board of Commissioners to complete Richard Nielsen's term of office until October 31, 2017. Mr. Nielsen has served since October 1992.
b. The term of Commissioner Janet Edwards expires on December 31, 2016. Mrs. Edwards does not seek appointment to this position. Todd Peters has agreed to accept the appointment to the Board of Commissioners. The Housing Authority Board of Commissioners request that the City appoint Mr. Peters for a five (5) year term commencing on January 1, 2017 through December 31, 2021

12. Discuss persons utilizing the Library parking lot for other purposes other than utilizing it for the Library. Is the City responsible for the Library parking lot? (possible action)

13. Discuss the St. Paul Public School south parking lot concerning cars and children exiting when school or activities are over. Should crosswalks be added and does the school need to provide extra staff outside after school to help monitor traffic along with the City Police Department? The safety of our children is priority!

14. Discuss - Approve / Deny St. Paul Public School placing a crosswalk guard at the "N" corner of Grand and Sheridan Street for the safety of the children. The guard would be needed from 7:45 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. and 3:20 p.m. to 3:45 p.m. Monday through Friday while school is in session

15. Discuss the recommendation by the St. Paul Development Corp. in creating a proposed Advisory Committee for the St. Paul Civic & Recreational Center to monitor the overall functions of the center (possible action)
