3. Discuss - Approve / Deny Letter Agreement for Professional Services on the 2017 Street Asphalt Overlay Projects.
Description includes: The Paul Street project includes the asphalt milling and asphalt overlay of Paul Street from the west Corporate Limits to 9th Street; "O" Street from 9th Street to 7th Street and on 9th Street from Paul Street to US Highway 92. The Custer Street project includes the milling and asphalt overlay of the existing street from US Highway 281 to the NE Central Railroad right-of-way (3rd Street) and removal and replacement of damaged curb and gutter. The Jackson Street project (Elmwood Cemetery Road), includes the asphalt repair, asphalt milling and asphalt overlay of Jackson Street to the Corporate Limits and from the Corporate Limits to the cul-de-sac at the end of the Elmwood Cemetery Road.
