Discuss - Approve / Deny Resolution 2017-3 where are currently outstanding Street and Storm Sewer Water Improvement Bond Anticipation Notes, Series 2016, in the outstanding principal amount of $1,160,000 which are optional for payment on or after April 15, 2017. $840,000 will be called on April 15, 2017, but the remaining balance of the notes are not called for payment and shall remain outstanding

Discuss - Approve / Deny Ordinance #973 authorizing the issuance of General Obligation Various Purpose bonds, Series 2017A, in the principal amount of $855,000 issued for the purpose of paying the cost of the street and sewer improvements constructed in Street Improvement District 2014-2 and for Street Improvement projects 2014-3, 2016-1 and 2016-2 (Jay, "L", "O" & 3rd Street) of the City; prescribing the form of said bonds; providing for a sinking fund and for the levy and collection of taxes to pay said bonds; providing for the sale of the bonds; authorizing the delivery of the bonds to the purchaser; providing for the disposition of the bond proceeds and ordering the ordinance to be published in pamphlet form
