Discuss - Approve / Deny the Indemnification and Hold Harmless Agreement between the City of St. Paul and the St. Paul Public School District #1 on land more described as a tract of land in the SE 1/4 of Section 4, Township 14 North, Range 10 West of the 6th P.M. in Howard County, NE. This "Agreement" is due to the St. Paul Public School constructing a storage shed on City land prior to the City transferring the land to the School.
