1. The format of this meeting is by CONFERENCE call. The meeting is being conducted in this manner in order to comply with social distancing guidelines, due to the COVID-19 outbreak and intended to follow the authorization of Executive Order No. 20-03 issued by Governor Rickett's on March 17, 2020.

2. NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING BY TELECONFERENCE ON MONDAY, APRIL 20, 2020 AT 6:00 P.M. The purpose of the special meeting is for the negotiations of the IBEW 1597 Union contract (possible action).

3. NOTICE OF REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING ON MONDAY, APRIL 20, 2020 AT 7:00 P.M. VIA TELEPHONE CONFERENCE CALL.

4. Mayor Bergman calls meeting to order at 7:00 p.m., with (1) voice Roll Call; (2) Pledge of Allegiance; and (3) the "Open Meeting Statement".
Open Meetings Act: A current copy of the Open Meetings Act poster is posted on the west wall in the City Council Chambers; available on the web "Nebraska State Statutes 84-1407 through 84-1413"; and also at the Link: https://nitc.nebraska.gov/documents/statutes/NebraskaOpenMeetingsAct_current.pdf Mayor Bergman also stated that the City Council may vote to go into Closed Session on any agenda item as allowed by State Law. If the City Council votes to hold a Closed Session pursuant to the Open Meetings Act, the members of the public may not comment or listen during that time.
