Mayor Howard opens the public comment period to review the Final Plat of the PAWS Subdivision more described as a tract of land located in part of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of Section Four (4), Township Fourteen (14) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Howard County, Nebraska. This process is to separate the City of St. Paul land from the St. Paul Public School land for the purposes of clarification of ownership and liability.
