Discuss - Approve / Deny Special Designated License (SDL) for Miretta Vineyards & Winery Inc., dba Miletta Vista Winery, License #77615 (1732 Hwy 281, St. Paul, NE) to be at the St. Paul Civic Center, 423 Howard Avenue, on Friday, December 1 (10 a.m. to 8 p.m.) and Saturday, December 2, 2017 (9 a.m. to 4 p.m.) for a "Wine Tasting and Bottle Sales" event. All identification will be checked, along with utilizing wristbands for underage drinking. A caterer's agreement will also be signed for general liability insurance.
