5. Discuss - Approve / Deny contract with South Central Economic Development District (SCEDD) for Grant Administration services not to exceed $3,000 for the "Downtown Revitalization" planning grant (CDBG #17-PP-010)

Discuss - Approve / Deny retracting City of St. Paul Ordinance 191; whereas by Nebraska State Statute 35-106 allows municipal authorities of any first or second class or village to impose an occupation tax of not more than five (5) dollars per annum on each fire insurance corporation, company or association doing business in such city or village, for the use, support, and benefit of the Fire Department

7. The consideration of paving the street from Jackson to 9th Street on Howard Avenue

8. Discuss - Approve / Deny the recommendation from the St. Paul Development Corp. regarding a loan request for Escape Tanning (Sarah Call) in the amount of $10,000 over a six (6) year period, with interest rate of 2.75%. This loan will be utilized for equipment purchase and installation.

9. Discuss - Approve / Deny St. Paul Chamber of Commerce requesting to close and barricade streets for an Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, March 24, 2018 between 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (noon). Rain date is scheduled for Saturday, March 31, 2018 a. Indian Street between 4th & 6th Street and b. 5th Street between Howard Avenue & Indian Street

10. Discuss the City of St. Paul and the Alltel Communications of Nebraska Inc. "First Amendment to Communications Site Option and Land Lease Agreement" on Cell Site No: 196181386; Site Address: 954 13th Avenue, St. Paul, NE. The American Tower Corporation recently entered into a transaction with Verizon Wireless to manage, operate and maintain the telecommunication site stated above. American Tower has presented numerous options for Council review
