7. Discuss - Approve / Deny Grant Agreement between the NE Dept. of Environmental Quality and the City of St. Paul regarding the implementation of the Waste Reduction & Recycling Incentive Grant Application Project Reference Number 2018-79949514. This is a $19,000 grant, with a City match of at least $10,000. The grant will be utilized for recycling education.
