Discuss - Approve / Deny the Nebraska Dept. of Transportation Certificate of Compliance regarding Maintenance Agreement No. 47; whereas all roadway snow removal and/or surface maintenance has been accomplished as per the terms of the agreement. The amount due to the State for snow removal is 4.12 lane miles x $500 per lane mile = $2,060.
