Discuss - Approve / Deny Banana Rams LLC (Justin Blase) Special Designated Liquor (SDL) application for Saturday, December 12, 2020 from 1:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. regarding a wedding reception at the St. Paul Civic Center - 423 Howard Avenue. Identification will be checked, along with wristbands being utilized for underage drinking. This also comes with the stipulation of meeting all directed health measures concerning Covid-19. Sergeant Greenwalt approved the application.
