March 1, 2021 at 7:00 PM - 1st City Board Regular Meeting

1. Mayor Bergman calls meeting to order, with the "Pledge of Allegiance" and the "Open Meeting Statement" as required by NE State Statutes 84-1407 through 84-1414; Mayor Bergman also states that the City Council may vote to go into Closed Session on any agenda item as allowed by NE State Statute 84-1410.

4. JJ Green, City of St. Paul's insurance representative will be present to discuss the May 1, 2021 employee health insurance renewal (possible action).   

5. Discussion on forming a committee to resolve a feline issue near the St. Paul Pizza Hut - possible action  (Cindy Paustian)

6. Discuss - Approve / Deny Rotary International of St. Paul, NE Special Designated Liquor (SDL) application on Saturday, April 17, 2021 from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. at the St. Paul Civic Center (423 Howard Avenue).  This is regarding a Duck Unlimited Annual Banquet.  Identification will be checked, along with wristbands being utilized for underage drinking.  Sergeant Greenwalt approved the SDL application.

10. Discuss - Approve / Deny transferring $149,000 from the City Heritage Bank (Utility Billing) account and deposit into the City Homestead Bank account to pay disbursements.

11. Discuss - Approve / Deny Resolution 2021-02; setting Mayor Bergman's recall special election date for Tuesday, May 11, 2021.
