August 9, 2021 at 5:30 PM - Special Meeting regarding the American Rescue Plan (ARP) Fund Utilization from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. AND Special Meeting regarding Public Input on the 2021-2022 Budget from 6:31 p.m. to Close

1. Mayor Bergman calls special meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. to receive Public Input regarding the City of St. Paul's American Rescue Plan (ARP) fund utilization, along with voicing the "Pledge of Allegiance" and the "Open Meeting Statement" as required by NE State Statutes 84-1407 through 84-1414; Mayor Bergman also states that the City Council may vote to go into Closed Session on any agenda item as allowed by NE State Statute 84-1410. 

2. Discuss - Approve / Deny the utilization of the American Rescue Plan (ARP) Funds.

3. Mayor Bergman adjourns the American Rescue Plan (ARP) special meeting.

4. Mayor Bergman calls special meeting to order at 6:31 p.m. to receive Public Input for the proposed City of St. Paul's 2021-2022 Budget; Mayor Bergman also announced the "Open Meeting Statement" as required by NE State Statutes 84-1407 through 84-1414; Mayor Bergman also states that the City Council may vote to go into Closed Session on any agenda item as allowed by NE State Statute 84-1410. 

5. Mayor Bergman opens a public hearing for the purpose of receiving public input regarding the proposed City of St. Paul 2021-2022 Budget.

6. Submittal of Request for Future Agenda Items

7. Reserve time to Speak on an Agenda Item

8. Mayor Bergman opens a public comment period for the purpose of hearing public input regarding the proposed City of St. Paul 2021-2022 Budget.
a. Mayor Bergman closes the public comment period.
b. Approve / Deny any action from the public comment period regarding the proposed 2021-2022 Budget.

9. Mayor Bergman adjourns the Special Council meeting.
