(SPDC) and City Council. (2) Brehm's Pharmacy replacing windows on the building in the amount of $1,750; there was damage during the GCA Day event.

7. Discuss - Approve / Deny St. Paul Development Corp. (SPDC) and St. Paul Public School requesting to close Howard Avenue between 6th Street and 7th Street on Sunday, October 31, 2021 from 4:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. regarding a Halloween Boo Bash; barricades will be needed by the City.

Discuss - Approve / Deny the management of the St. Paul Civic Center by the St. Paul Development Corp. (SPDC). a. Discuss - Approve / Deny the transferring of St Paul Civic Center bank account funds to SPDC for operations; Gary Hinrichs with Dana F. Cole stated that the money currently in the City's Civic Center band accounts are City funds and do not transfer to the St. Paul Development Corp. (SPDC) unless there is City Council approval.
