Discuss - Approve / Deny by the request of the St. Paul Chamber of Commerce street closures pertaining to the St. Paul Community National Night Out on Tuesday, August 6, 2024, beginning at 6 p.m. Closures include: (1) 6th Street from Indian to Jay Streets and (2) Indian Street between 6th and 5th Streets; need access to St. Paul Swimming Pool; cones or barricades needed from City.

6. Discussion pertaining to the opening and paving of vacated 3rd Street north of "O" Street; the valuation of the St. Paul Grocery Store is not sufficient to utilize Tax Increment Financing (TIF) for both infrastructure and street.
Approve / Deny the City of St. Paul sharing the cost of paving (50/50) - Blake Schwartz.

7. Discuss - Approve / Deny the Sewer Dept. purchasing a Gemini II Robotic Mainline Sewer Crawler System with Full Pan and Tilt Rotational Zoom Camera in the amount of $23,000. Currently, $18,000 is in the 2024-2025 Budget. This camera system is valued at $32,995. Shipping the product is free.

8. Discuss - Approve / Deny the City of St. Paul Water Well-field Pasture Lease bid; the bid is for a three (3) year term beginning May 15, 2025. The lease will terminate on October 14, 2027.

9. Discuss - Approve / Deny Elsbury Construction, LLC Pay Request #5 (Middle Loup River Subdivision Project #023-00398) for the amount of $191,604.88. The work consisted of stored materials for water and sanitary sewer, along with storm sewer pipe installation and dewatering cost.
