Mayor Mike Feeken calls City Council meeting to order, with the "Pledge of Allegiance" and the "Open Meeting Statement" as required by NE State Statutes 84-1407 through 84-1414; Mayor Feeken also states that the City Council may vote to go into Closed Session on any agenda item as allowed by NE State Statute 84-1410.

4. 108 Howard Avenue Apartment Complex: Elmer Perez will provide a summary report by Monday morning: once received, I will upload.
On Monday, January 6, 2025, Council members passed a motion to amend the demolition date of 108 Howard Avenue from Wednesday, February 19, 2025, to Tuesday, March 4, 2025. Discuss 108 Howard Avenue (Elmer Perez, L. L. Remodeling and Restoration) apartment complex renovations (possible action).

6. Discuss - Approve / Deny STS Construction (Tyler Solko) Infill Lot Housing Program application for the amount of $36,060.90. The funds will be for the construction of two (2) new homes with full basements and two (2) car garages at the location of 1404 Grant Street. The funds will come from the LB840 Sales Tax.
