Mayor Mike Feeken calls City Council meeting to order, with the "Pledge of Allegiance" and the "Open Meeting Statement" as required by NE State Statutes 84-1407 through 84-1414; Mayor Feeken also states that the City Council may vote to go into Closed Session on any agenda item as allowed by NE State Statute 84-1410.

4. Discuss the American Towers LLC (Tower Alliance LLC) #419460 Amendment Agreement - Possible Action (Telephone call to Shannon Walsh (561)705-0134).
(1) Extend the lease to seven (7) additional five (5) year renewals; (2) Add 20% to future revenue shares; (3) Option for an additional 500 sq. ft. to be located at a mutually agreed location; (4) If the City allows American Tower LLC to add a limited right of first refusal to the amendment, this will help get the deal approved as the one-time payment came in high; (5) The City's rent and escalation will continue throughout the extension.

5. Discuss - Approve / Deny Diamond Engineering Co. Pay Request #2 pertaining to the St. Paul Tennis and Pickleball Courts (Project #025-0534) in the amount of $107,165.70. The pay request includes equipment, court coating, and the chain link fence.

7. Discuss - Approve placing the Cash Device Tax levied from the Mechanical Amusement Device machines in what specific City account; funds will be disbursed from the Howard County Treasurer. Currently, the Cash Device Tax will be placed in the General Fund, according to Jeff Schreier, NE Auditor of Public Accounts. Mr. Schreier stated that he is not aware of any specific restrictions on the Cash Device Tax. The City will be receiving the first allocation (July 1, 2025, through September 30, 2025) in the amount of $761.46.

15. This agenda, including supporting documentation, is available for public viewing during normal business hours at the City Office, 704 6th Street, St. Paul, Nebraska.
