13. Discuss - Approve / Deny Police Officer Mathew Sample attending the "Special Weapon and Tactics" (SWAT) course in Des Moines, Iowa on May 4-8, 2026. SWAT training is mandatory for all Officers on the Central Nebraska "Special Response Team" (SRT). Breakdown of cost is attached.
