1. Call Special Meeting to Order and Announce That the Open Meetings Act Is Posted On the South Wall of the Media Center and meeting notice.  

2. Board Member Attendance

2.1. Approve the Absence of Board Member(s)

3. Sign Acknowledgement of Receipt of Meeting Notice

4. Accept the Agenda

5. Discuss Proposed Current Fiscal Year's Budget and Transfers

6. Business Items

6.1. Take all necessary action to approve all bills that have come in after the last regular meeting of the board of education for the 2019-20 fiscal year.  

6.2. Consider transferring funds from the General Fund to the Athletic and Cafeteria Fund.  

6.3. Consider all additional CARES ACT bills to be approved from now through August 28th up to the amount of $30,908.00.  

7. Adjournment
