5.1. The Board will discuss and determine summer facility maintenance and update projects in consideration of the Buildings and Grounds Committee's recommendations.

5.2. The Board will discuss the results, progress, and goal development from the NRCSA Board Development workshops.

6. Action Items

6.1. The Board will take all necessary action in approving the following new or revised policies upon first reading: 3018-Denying Access to School Premises or Activities, 3039-Threat Assessment and Response, 3040-school Safety and Security, 3041-Crisis Team Duties, 4059-Suicide Prevention Training, 5010-Immunizations, 5030-Dating Violence, 5054-Student Bullying, 5067-Student Assistance Team,

6.2. The Board will take all necessary action in purchasing acoustic tiles for the lunchroom.

6.3. The Board will take all necessary action in approving a bid for the replacement of faulty sidewalk and to pour new sidewalk from Rob's Skid Loader Service.

6.4. The Board will take all necessary action in approving bids for replacing the entryway doors of the Middle & High School.

6.4.1. The Board will take all necessary action in approving a bid from T & K Ventures for crushed concrete.

6.5. The Board will take all necessary action in accepting a bid for playground replacement equipment.

6.6. The Board will take all necessary action in accepting a bid for corrective and replacement equipment for the camera system.

6.7. The Board will take all necessary action in approving a bid for student computers.

6.8. The Board will take all necessary action in acceptinga letter of resignation and release of obligations as stated in the 2017-18 Certificated Staff contract.

8. Agenda on File - The Board of Education reserves the right to enter into Executive Session. An agenda reflecting any changes will be available for public inspection during normal business hours in the office of the Superintendent of Schools. Except for items of an emergency nature, the agenda will not be enlarged later than 24 hours before the scheduled beginning of the meeting. Individuals attending the meeting are invited to address the Board during Comments from Guests at Regular Board meetings in the months of January, April, July, and October.
