1. Annual Financial Report 2015-2016
Rationale:
Executive Summary The Annual Financial Report (AFR) is a document that is presented to the Nebraska Department of Education (NDE) via our Auditors, which are Dana F. Cole & Company. The board has already been made aware of this information by way of the latest Financial Statement from Dana F. Cole. There is a great deal of detailed information including line item records. All the data is coded according to the 2016 Users'Manual as presented by the NDE. 2. Review Districts Receipts
Rationale:

3. Review Disbursements (Historical)
Rationale:
Executive Summary I have been working to develop a spending budget. Other than the AFR and General reports I have not be able to find any specific budget documents from the past 16 years. I have been working on patterns of expenditures so I can develop a working budget. As of now staff has only very generalized information on their budget. I feel it it critical to develop a budget pattern to help develop short and long term spending plans.

5. Items for consideration on Planning and Priorities
Rationale:
Executive Summary With the uncertain funding for education, I believe that the BOE needs to have a project plan for the upcoming future. Projects in 2016-2017 Cement work in street in front of the new building Ventilation system for the shop/welding area Scoreboards for the new gym Underground Sprinkler System for FB Projects that have been considered but not limited to: Sound system for the new gym New Weight Room Equipment New/Repair roof on West Building New/Remodeled Playground Technology (hardware) Staff Technology (hardware) Students Technology updates for classrooms (smart boards etc) Update Surveillance system in and around school Curriculum updates Trophy Case Bleachers for the Football Field Update/Move Press box Football Field Control Access for all external doors
