Rationale:
Notice of the meeting was posted to the SEM Mustang school website, SEM Facebook, Kearney Hub, and over the school reach notification system for the board meeting to be held on November 6, 2023, at 7:00 P.M. The agenda was available on the SEM Mustang school website. All proceedings hereafter as shown were taken while the convened meeting was open to the attendance of the public, unless noted as executive session. This meeting was conducted in accordance with the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 84, Article 14 posted in the Superintendent's Office.

3.1. Consider, Discuss, and Approve Bid from Lammers Land Leveling Co. $29,500
Rationale:
Jerry will prepare the ground and ready it for parking. He will also take care of our drainage problem. After consultation with the city and looking at the site maps etc. the drainage with travel north to the ditch north of the school and then east along that street.
I have attached the bid that shows the amount we paid for demolition and also the bid that we had received for demolition and ground work but it did not include drainage work.
Recommended Motion(s):
Motion to approve bid for $29,500 from Jerry Lammers to level and prepare land and water drainage on property Northwest of School Passed with a motion by Board Member #1 and a second by Board Member #2.
