Rationale:
Notice of the meeting was posted to the SEM Mustang school website, SEM Facebook, Elm Creek Beacon,
and over the school reach notification system for the board meeting to be held on January 31 at 6:30 P.M. The agenda was available on the SEM Mustang school website. All proceedings hereafter as shown were taken while the convened meeting was open to the attendance of the public, unless noted as executive session. This meeting was conducted in accordance with the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 84, Article 14 posted in the School Library. |

Recommended Motion(s):
Move to go into executive session as a strategy session related to collecti ve bargaining. In my opinion, the discussion of this matter in closed session is necessary to protect the public interest. Is there a motion for the board to enter closed session at 6:30 pm to conduct a strategy session related to collective bargaining? Passed with a motion by Board Member #1 and a second by Board Member #2.
