Recommended Motion(s):
Approve the quitclaim deed for acquisition of right-of-way on 134th street and approve a permanent easement regarding additional property along 134th street necessary for road improvement to the City of Waverly in the amount of $31,800; such that the sale of property owned by Lancaster County School District 145 to the City of Waverly for a tract of land located in the southwest quarter of section 21, Township 11 North, Range 8 East of the 6th P.M., Lancaster County, Nebraska more particularly described as follows: the westernmost 17.00 feet of Lot 71, parallel to the west section line of the Southwest Quarter of Section 21, Township 11 North, Range 8 East of the 6th P.M. containing 28,285 square feet, more or less, AND grant and release unto the City of Waverly a permanent easement as follows: A tract of land located in the Southwest Quarter of Section 21, Township 11 North, Range 8 East of the 6th P.M., Lancaster County, Nebraska more particularly described as the southern 100.00 feet of the northern 523.06 feet of the eastern 25.00 feet of the western 42.00 feet of Lot 71, containing 12,460 square feet, more or less. Passed with a motion by Board Member #1 and a second by Board Member #2.
