I move to go into Executive Session for a strategy session with respect to collective bargaining and the sale of district property clearly necessary for the protection of the public interest or for the prevention of needless injury to the reputation of an individual in compliance with the law. I move that the board hereby authorizes, empowers and directs the Board President and the Superintendent to sell the Nebraska CIty Public Schools personal property, commonly known as the "District Central Office" located at 1700 14th Avenue, Nebraska City, Nebraska. Passed with a motion by Stephen Luther and a second by Carol Crook.

I move that the board hereby authorizes, empowers and directs the Board President and the Superintendent to sell the Nebraska City Public Schools personal property, commonly known as the "Pioneer Career Academy" located at 1406 Central Avenue, Nebraska City, Nebraska. Passed with a motion by Stephen Luther and a second by Lisa Chaney.
