11.a. Discussion, consider, and take all necessary action to approve Ziemba Roofing Contract for gutters on the west side of the building for $11,060.

11.b. Discussion, consider, and take all necessary action to approve Arreguy Masonry quote of $14,256.00 for repair for the shop/ag building.

11.c. Discussion, consider, and take all necessary action to approve Cornerstone Electic for $9,500 for the baseball scoreboard installation covered by insurance from summer storm damage.

11.d. Discussion, consider, and take all necessary action to transfer 40,000 from the General Fund to the School Nutrition Fund. 

The School Nutrition Fund is required to accommodate the financial activities of all USDA Nutrition Programs operated by the school district. This non-profit school food service account shall reflect a record of all revenues and expenditures specific to the operation of all USDA Nutrition Programs. If a deficit is incurred in the operation, the deficiency shall be covered by funds from the General Fund. Funds to support the non-profit school food service account will be made as a transfer from the General Fund (see code 8000-912) and those funds are not allowed to be transferred back.
