2.2. Review of Phasing Plan History (Mr. Ehlers)

2.3. Review of 3 areas of Goal Development (Mr. Ehlers)

2.4. Large group discussion of the 3 Goal Development areas

2.5. Affinity Mapping exercise 

2.6. Organize ideas into themes

2.7. Discuss potential road blocks to each idea/theme and report out to the large group

2.8. Break down into small groups/Create S.M.A.R.T. Goals

2.9. Small groups report out.
