Discuss, consider, and take all necessary action on  approval and adoption of a resolution authorizing the Madison Public School District to enter into one or more lease purchase financings in the aggregate principal amount of not to exceed $3,750,000, to finance the costs of acquiring, constructing and equipping (a) an addition to the District’s elementary school and (b) a stand-alone bus barn, all for use by the District.
