Discussion:
Chad Harms spoke to the Board about wanting to opting a student into Wilber Clatonia Public Schools.

7.2.1. Discussion and take any necessary action on Covid-19, CoronaVirus planning or changes recommended for various scenarios.
Discussion:
Mr. Collins discussed how he has been on several calls with the Health Department and ESU Superintendents and listened to the press conferences the Govenor and President have had. He also has been in touch with Mayor Roger Chrans and taken all of the information into consideration in making decisions that are best for our students, staff and community.
The latest recommendations are to limit gatherings to 10 and to cease normal education and have a plan in place by Monday, March 23rd. We announced at the end of the day today that we will close beginning on Tuesday, March 17th. We will close for two weeks and re-evaluate. We have sent out a survey to the students to find out if they have internet and what devices they have that we could use to work with them. We are working on putting information together for our students so that they can continue with activities. We are working on a way to get meals to our families that need them. We will be touching base with each of our families weekly. |
7.2.2. Discuss, consider and act on possible addendums to the 2019-2020 Certified Employee contract and Classified Staff Work agreements in response ot CDC guidance.

7.2.3. Discuss and take any necessary action on notice of Senior early entry into the Military Service and recognition plans at graduation.
Discussion:
The administration will be contacting the parent of the Senior who is going into the service to see which parts of the graduation ceremony they would like to be included in.

7.2.4. Discuss, consider and act on the recommendation to move 6th grade to the secondary side of the building.
Discussion:
This will be a positive move as it will be easier to coordinate the 6th, 7th and 8th grade classes.

Discussion:
Mrs. Radcliff updated the Board on the Elementary building and their activities.

8.2. 7-12 Building/Transportation Update
Discussion:
Mr. Fritch gave the Board an update on the 7-12 building and transportation.

Discussion:
Mr. Hatcliff updated the Board on the activities and technology.
All activities have been cancelled through the end of March at this time. |

9.1. NRCSA Spring Confernece March 25th-27, Kearney Holiday Inn
Discussion:
The 2020 NRCSA Spring Conferenece will be held on May 19th and 20th in Kearney

9.2. Board Hamburger Feed- April 17th
Discussion:
At this time, we will still plan on doing the Board Hamburger feed. We do not have a date set for this yet at this time. We will have to see where we are with the coronavirus.

This event has been cancelled.
