Discussion:
Mr. Collins updated the Board members on the Auditorium renovation project. The big submittals are in and we are waiting on mock up seating, and floor submittals.

Discussion:
Mr. Collins reported that while COVID is trending down, Saline County is still the highest in our district.

7.2.1. Review negotiations timeline for the 2022-2023 contract. Identify possible committee meeting dates last week of October
Discussion:
Mr. Collins shared the negotiations timeline with the Board members.

7.2.2. Consider, discuss and act on WCEA request to recognize WCEA as the bargaining unit for non-supervisory certificated staff for the 2023-2024 school year and direct Superintendent to respond.

7.2.3. Board members and Superintendent to report on information received at the Labor Relations conference in Lincoln, Oct. 12-13
Discussion:
Mr. Collins and Mr. Kalkwarf gave a report on the sessions that they sat in on at the Labor Relations Conference in Lincoln on October 12-13.

7.2.4. Consider, discuss and act on the replacement of the turf product on the elementary playground received from Creative Sites, the original provider.

7.2.5. Consider, discuss and act on renewing Cognia membership as our Accreditation product or canceling and moving to Nebraska Frameworks.

7.2.6. The Superintendent shares information regarding 2021 adjusted valuations for State Aid from the Nebraska Department of Education.
Discussion:
Mr. Collins shared the adjusted valuation report and the impact it will have on Wilber Clatonia'a State Aid.

Discussion:
Mr. Collins reported that we had a SPED File review and that he expected that we will have to put a corrective plan together to take care of one of the findings.
